Notice is hereby given that the State of Nevada Applied Behavior Analysis Board will hold a Public Hearing to Review Regulations at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at the following location:

As set forth in Executive Order 2023-003, the Board has been directed to review its regulations (LCB File No. R045-19) and identify at least ten (10) regulations for removal. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to: 1) vet the Board’s proposed recommended changes; 2) solicit input as to the merits of those changes; and 3) identify other regulatory changes stakeholders feel are worthy of consideration regarding the potential to streamline, clarify, reduce or otherwise improve regulations. Stakeholders input received as a result of this Hearing will be reflected in the Report to the Governor.
Persons wishing to comment upon the proposed recommended changes or to propose additional regulatory changes may appear at the scheduled meeting or may address their comments, data, views or arguments in written form to the NV ABA Board. Written submissions must be received on or before March 31, 2023 and may be submitted by email to executivedirector@nvababoard.org or in hard copy addressed to NV ABA Board, 6170 Mae Anne Ave, #1, Reno, NV 89523. A copy of the regulations to be reviewed, LCB File No. R045-19, is attached 2023 Legislative\Approved Regulations.pdf and are available for viewing on the Board’s website www.nvababoard.org.
